Hi, I’m Katerina — a Nashville native, family nurse practitioner, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

My journey in maternal and infant health began in the NICU, where I spent seven years caring for the tiniest and most medically complex newborns. After becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, I worked in pediatric primary care as a primary provider, supporting families through the everyday realities of early childhood.

Life as a Navy wife for over a decade meant building community in many different places, but returning home to Nashville has allowed me to plant roots and serve the families of the city that raised me. Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of teaching the next generation of nurses as a clinical instructor, and I now practice locally as a pediatric genetics nurse practitioner.

While my education and career have shaped my clinical perspective, it is my role as a mother of two that has taught me the most. Motherhood transformed the way I understand feeding, bonding, and the emotional landscape of the early years.

I feel deeply called to support families as they navigate both the challenges and the quiet triumphs of this season. It would be an honor to walk alongside you and share in a small part of your story.
